Try this unique and easy crock pot chicken and black bean taco salad recipe with your family for dinner tonight. Who doesn’t love a good taco salad

  • 2 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast
  • 1 Tablespoon Taco Seasoning
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 Cup Black Beans rinsed
  • 1 Cup Chunky Salsa

How to Assemble your Crock Pot Chicken and Black Bean Taco Salad

First, place the boneless chicken in your Crock-pot with taco seasoning and cumin. Pour the rinsed black beans over chicken and top with chunky salsa. Cook the chicken and bean mix on low for 4 hours. After the mixture is finished cooking, shred the chicken with forks and stir together to fully combine chicken, black beans and salsa mixture. Next, we will make our salad.
