18 Oct Pumpkin Dump Cake
This delicious Pumpkin Dump Cake was served at our Pumpkin Spice event!
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Coat 9″ x 13″ glass pan with Pam
Mix:
- 1 can pumpkin
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 3 eggs
- 3 tablespoons pumpkin pie spice
Pour into pan. Sprinkle one box of cake mix (I used spice cake) on top. Add 1 cup chopped pecans and 1/2 cup toffee bits. Melt 2 sticks of butter and pour on top. Bake at 350 for 45-50 minutes. Enjoy!
