Ingredients for Shortcake Bars
- 1 egg white
- 1/4t. vanilla
- 2T powered sugar
- 1 box white cake mix
- ½ C butter, softened
- 3oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 C Chopped Pecans
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In small bowl, beat egg white, vanilla, and powered sugar until stiff peaks form. In large bowl mix, cake mix, butter, cream cheese until crumbly dough forms. Press into jelly roll pan. Spread egg mixture on top and top with chopped nuts. Bake for 15-20 minutes. Cool before cutting. Enjoy!
