Description:
The completed project for this class is a tote for an iPad – either the full size iPad or the Mini iPad. The tote could easily be made into a small purse by adding some fabric straps. Techniques used are felting on fabric, felting a freestanding embellishment, use of decorative stitches, and making a button hole. The felting is accomplished using the Felting Embroidery Set and various fibers. Several different designs are available for this project. Denim fabric pieces for the tote flap will be available from the instructor at class time for $1 each. A set of color swatches is available at the store. Fabric pieces should be ordered no later than March 30th. Please specify size need – iPad or Mini iPad.
