Simple ingredients for 7 Layer Bars
- 1 pouch of gingerbread cookie mix-prepare as directed
- 1 Can Sweetened condensed milk
- 1 1/2 Cups white chocolate chips
- 1 Cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 Cup Dried Cranberries
Time to layer your 7 Layer Bars
Heat your oven to 350 degrees. Spray the bottom of your 13 x 9 inch pan with Pam cooking spray. Press the mixed cookie dough in bottom of pan. Bake for 15 minutes. Next pour the sweetened condensed milk over the surface of the baked cookie dough. Sprinkle the top with your white chocolate chips, chopped pecans and dried cranberries. Bake for 18 -20 minutes. Remove from oven and cool your bars, before cutting.
