01 Feb Oreo Filled Chocolate Balls Treat from Mystery Quilt

Ingredients:
1 pack of Double Stuff Oreos
4-8 oz Cream Cheese
Dipping Chocolate
Directions:
Chop Oreos finely in food processor
Add Cream Cheese and combine
Use a mini ice cream scoop to make into balls and place on cookie sheet
Chill in freezer for at least 15 minutes
Prepare dipping chocolate according to package
Remove balls from freezer and dip into chocolate. Place on cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Place Oreo filled chocolate balls in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
