Toffee Cookies
Lets get started with this simple toffee cookie recipe!
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees
Line cookie sheet with saltines in a single layer (one sleeve)
In saucepan combine 1 Cup of butter and 1 Cup of Brown Sugar, bring to boil and then boil for three minutes. Pour over saltines
Bake for 5-6 minutes
Remove from oven and sprinkle chocolate chips (2 Cup) and 3/4 cup chopped pecans. Enjoy!
